Book Catering Jtjerk primarily utilizes a 18ft truck composing a full kitchen, an awning, and is packed with Jamaican culture. We have prep tables, refrigerators, a deep freezer, fresh and hot water system, a full gas stove, an oven, hood vents, sinks etc.
