Barbecued Beef by the Pound $20

One pound (four servings) of Barbecued Beef Shoulder, a flavorful cut of beef well suited to Virginia style barbecue. Our beef is locally, humanely, and sustainably raised in Louisa, VA by Dragonfly Farms. Served with sauce on the side. (gf)

Barbecued Pork by the Pound $24

One pound (four servings) of our Small Batch Barbecued Pork Shoulder, locally, humanely, and sustainably raised in the Shenandoah Valley by Autumn Olive Farms. Served with sauce on the side. (gf)

Chicken Wings $12

One pound of locally raised chicken wings from Shenandoah Valley Organic, smoked then fried in lard. Sauce choices: Hot Honey BBQ or Buffalo. (gf/spicy)

Half Pint of Smoked Jackfruit $10

For vegan barbecue lovers, two servings of our smoked jackfruit with Unforbidden Fruit sauce. (Bun and slaw not included) (gf/vg/v)

Pan of Mac and Cheese $18

10-12 servings of our mac and cheese in a disposable aluminum pan. Just warm it up in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. (v)

A pint of our rich and hearty white beans with house-made andouille and Tasso. (gf)

Four Cornbread Muffins $4

Slightly sweet muffins made with local cornmeal from Wade's Mill in Raphine, VA.

Half Pint of Pimento Cheese $4

A half pint of house-made pimento cheese. (gf)

Pint of Cilantro-Lime Slaw $4.50

A pint of our "slaw for people who don't like slaw." The dressing contains Duke's mayonnaise, fresh squeezed lime juice, cider vinegar, and spices. No sugar added. (gf/v)

Steamed red potatoes in a sauce of Duke's mayonnaise and cider vinegar with tarragon leaves and other spices. (gf/v)
