Book Catering We do New York & Sicilian style pizza. We make our own dough, sausages, soft cheeses and pasta from scratch. We play around with porchetta cubanos, oxtail mozzarella sticks, chocolate salumi. Chef Paulie O’Connor was a James Beard Semi-Finalist.
