We are a funnel cake based truck with a southern flair. Offering entrees, desserts, and vegan options! We have amazing comfort food including Hot chicken, bbq pork with Mac and cheese, fried chicken w/ funnel cakes, and lobster claw corn dogs!

Appetizers

Cheese curds $7

Fried cheese curds served with chipotle ranch

Conch Fritters $7

5 conch fritters served with pineapple dipping sauce. Size of a hush puppy Served over Vinaigrette Slaw.

Mains

Nashville Style Chicken Basket $10

Buttermilk Fried Chicken that is dipped into our Nashville seasoned oil, served over a funnel cake, with your side choice of french fries or slaw. Served with pickles and side of Dino Sauce. Choose: Hot, Medium, Dry. (spicy)

Mother Clucker Sandwich $10

Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich that is dipped into our Nashville seasoned oil, served with slaw, pickles, and dino sauce on a toasted bun. Served with French Fries.

Battered Bird (Chicken & Waffles) $10

Buttermilk fried chicken served over two funnel cakes, dusted with powder sugar. Served with a side of maple bourbon syrup.

State Fair Hand Dipped Corn Dog $7

Nathan’s hot dog, dipped in our sweet corn meal batter served with a side of French fries

Beyond Burger Bowl $14

Beyond burger diced and served with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and plant based mayo/ketchup sauce, served over fries. (vg/v)

Lobster Claw Dog $13

2oz of cold water lobster claw and knuckle meat on a stick, deep fried with a sweet corn meal batter. Served with a sriracha lime sauce on the side, comes with slaw.

Sloppy Pig $9

Smoked pulled pork piled on top of Mac and cheese and drizzled with BBQ sauce. Garnished with green onions and pickle. Choose your base: funnel cakes or French fries Full option has 6oz of pork and mac, half is 3oz.

Bang Bang Chicken $11

Fried chicken tossed in a sweet Thai chili aioli (sweet not spicy), bacon, cabbage, and served over fries

2 classic 5 inch fresh made funnel cakes topped with powdered sugar. Toppings available.

Mikes pie’s famous Key Lime Pie, deep fried on a stick with whip cream and raspberry drizzle

Fried Twinkie $5

Twinkie fried in funnel cake batter, dusted with powder sugar and strawberry drizzle.

Deep fried Snickers candy bar on a stick and dusted with powder sugar.

Two Funnel cakes topped with Fruity Pebbles, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, strawberry and marshmallow drizzle. Dusted with powder sugar.
